Julia Vershinskaya
Managing Director
With over 20 years of international experience, Julia has excelled in leadership roles across the automotive, FMCG, para-medical (infant/clinical nutrition), and wine & spirits sectors. She has held positions such as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Gloria Jeans, Chief Marketing Officer at Simple Group, and Category Director for Biscuits and Salted Snacks in Eastern Europe & Central Asia at Mondelēz International.
Julia has a proven track record of driving superior growth, executing successful business turnarounds, and building high-performing teams.
Dawit Desta
Finance Manager
With 15 years of progressive finance experience in high-profile private and multinational companies, Dawit has worked across various sectors, including audit and consulting, FMCG (brewery and soap and detergent), automotive, NGO, and agriculture.
He holds an MBA in Management from Addis Ababa University (AAUCC) and is a certified accountant by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) – Fundamental level.
Nellie Kindiga
People Business Partner KE, TZ, and UG
With over 20 years of experience in human resource management, Nellie has worked with prominent organizations such as Kenya Airways, Dimension Data (now NTT), Aga Khan University Hospital – Nairobi, and Kenya Education Management Institute (KEMI).
She holds a diploma in Human Resource Management from Africa Nazarene University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Kenya Methodist University.
Duncan Macharia
Aftersales Manager
With over 19 years of experience in the automotive sector, Duncan has held key service leadership roles across renowned brands including BMW Japan, Toyota Kenya, Toyotsu Auto Mart, and Subaru.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering from Toyota Automotive Engineering College, Japan.
Anne Wanyeki
Marketing and CEX Manager
With over 7 years of experience in the automotive industry, Anne has developed and driven successful marketing initiatives at Toyota Kenya and Stellan Consult.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from the University of Nairobi, along with qualifications in CIM – Marketing and Digital Strategy, and is a Certified Public Accountant, Section 6.
Griffith Amesa
Service Manager
Griffith brings over 15 years of experience, having held key positions at leading automotive companies. He served as a Service Manager at Toyota Kenya and a Workshop Supervisor at CMC, in addition to various service roles in other automotive firms.
Griffith holds an MBA in Supply Chain, Shipping, and Logistics Management from the Catholic University of Murcia in Spain, as well as a diploma in Motor Vehicle Systems. He is also a certified Motor Vehicle Mechanic.
Alfage Mnangwa
Senior Sales Executive – Changan Auto
As a Senior Sales Executive, Alfage is dedicated to selling Changan vehicles while meeting Gross Profit, Volume, and Customer Satisfaction standards. Alfage’s skills and experience will significantly contribute to the success of our Changan sales unit, enhancing our brand’s sales and customer experience in Tanzania and beyond.
Alfage holds a diploma and certificate in Business Administration from St. John’s University of Tanzania. With over 10 years of experience in roles at Airtel, Reos Insurance, Kimomwe Motors, and CFAO Motors, Alfage brings a wealth of expertise to our team.
Desiree Kiilo
Showroom Host, Tanzania
Desiree holds a Bachelor of Science in Taxation from the Institute of Finance Management. Her previous roles include Office Administrator at ETC Agro Tractors and Implements Limited, and Tax Officer Trainee at the Tanzania Revenue Authority.
